Service from the first moment was amazing. People literally run, to pickup our luggage and help us and make everything easy and comfortable from the first to the last moment there. We will stay again not doubts.

Good place to stay, excellent staff, comfortable beds and sheets, good breakfast, awesome jacuzzi. Everything was really clean.
The pipes of the bathroom is a little too noisy, it was able even to woke me up at night. I think this should be a problem to solve.. Other thing to solve is the place of the support of the toilet paper.. its so close to the toilet that I hit my arm and my leg there twice. And the most silly thing, but really important, there is a little light on the fire alarm that never stops! It's really disturbing and completely unnecessary for a 5 star room. It could be a fire alarm without that flashing light above my head all night. But despite this problems, that I hope can be soon solved, it is a charming hotel with really good staff.

During my stay, I enjoyed the hotel's clean and well-furnished bedrooms, which had a well-stocked minibar. The hotel's warmed pool was a treat, especially after a good massage from the staff. Additionally, the late night bar and good restaurant made it easy for me to have a nightlife experience while staying here. The hotel's location in a safe area, close to the River, was a plus.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The staff was excelent at the front desk and the restaurant - also the location
The stains on the carpets at the hallways and the room - also the menu at the restaurant that did not provide a selection of salads or a choise of argentine dishes which are so good and a visitor from abroad would like to find

Conference facilities are. Otstanding
On the floor smoke odor from other rooms was felt close to the elevator. At check in time they were reluctant to give us a King size bed for the value of the Booking. Com reservation saying that it was for 2 Twin beds although they had availability. After checking they finally gave us one.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities, including a rooftop pool and relaxing solarium. the massage services provided were top-notch, leaving us feeling pampered and refreshed. the poolside snack bar was also a highlight, with a variety of delicious options.
The only minor issue we encountered was with the service at breakfast, as the wait time was a bit long. the quality of the food made up for this small inconvenience.

Great location close to the river and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was top-notch with a variety of options. In addition, the friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The rooms were a bit dated and small, but overall clean and comfortable. The pool was also a bit disappointing, but still a nice amenity to have.

Spent my Easter at a hotel with spacious beds and a top-notch breakfast buffet. the hotel was located near the river and was a short walk to several cafes. I enjoyed spending time at the rooftop pool and taking advantage of the day spa treatments.
The swimming pool was quite small, and the service was untrained. the waiters forgot to take our dinner order, and we had some trouble with the free wifi.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this hotel! the location was perfect, with the river nearby and many restaurants within walking distance. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a bathroom that was clean and well-maintained. the breakfast had a good variety of tasty options and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the city from the pool area on the top floor.
The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, which was the only downside to an otherwise fantastic hotel experience.
